For my first entry, I’m going to review one of my favorite series. I discovered this series a couple of years ago, and I’m surprised that not many people have read it. I definitely need a fandom to share my Fayt feels with. So get to reading this.
Unless you absolutely despise fiction, you won’t have any trouble falling in love with at least one of the three story-lines that make up the Lifeline Chronicles.
“Leading the wave of war across the Atlantic Ocean, Sylvya Vellore gathers strength and allies in her pursuit of vengeful destruction. However, she realizes that the path to omnipotence gives way to unforeseen dangers.
Self-proclaimed protector of his family, Richard Tetio, becomes the target of a relentless menace. Desperately, Richard clings to survival in a game he’s destined to lose.
Taking the reins of her destiny, Joitha Chamberlain joins a team of legendary warriors against an ancient evil. When faced with the enemy targeting her lands, Joitha begins to question the motives of childhood heroines.
This collection of episodic short stories promises edge-of-your-reader entertainment…but not the survival of its heroes.”
My favorite hero, or possibly villian, is Sylvya Vellore. She is true BAMF. While the author has a strange hatred for Avatar: The Last Airbender, I have to say Vellore reminds me of Azula.

They’re both prodigies. They’re incredibly skilled at what they do. They are seemingly perfect. Nothing can stop them. You start to hate their perfection. But then, they slowly become more human; more flawed, and you love them to death.
When your story relates to Avatar, you’re doing it right.
Moving along…
Now, The only story-line I’ve completely read through was Vellore’s. Obviously, I love it. I am eagerly awaiting a continuation.
I’ve sent in fanart, and for a millisecond I’ve considered writing fanfiction. But no, I’m repressing my middle-school fangirl tendencies.
I have also read some of the other story-lines. At first, I was reluctant to… because of the whole book-hangover. I just wanted to keep reading about Vellore! Who’s this Richard guy??
But, I’m glad I did. Each character is a whole new experience, but at least their stories are equally fascinating and addicting.
Further discussion of the story would result in too many spoilers. I suggest you just read it.

You have stumbled upon a blog where I write stuff and you read it. I’ll watch/read/see something that I want to write about or review, and I’ll rant about it. The topics may or may not be relevant to your interests.
